Fudgie's bid for freedom!

Fudgie had his first trip up north to the Hibiscus Coast this weekend. Too far to fly though, so he hitched a ride with Mrs Skinner.
Coco, chocolate Lab, and Sox and Jonah, cats, were only mildly interested in him when he arrived at Mrs Skinner's place (whew!) so he was able to fit in pretty quickly. Fudgie was incredibly vocal all weekend so there was no doubt there was a new member in residence!
It took him awhile to leave the safety of his cage but after lots of coaxing he had a great time zipping around Mrs Skinner's bedroom. Fudgie's taken quite a liking to pillows, spending much of his time hopping around them ... well, they were feather pillows afterall!
Happy days!

FUDGIE THE BUDGIE

Fudgie-Blue is the latest newcomer in our learning space. He hatched early in January and arrived a week ago. Fudgie has caused quite a buzz and is quickly settling in. He is quite the social networker: you'll find his Snapchat photo on our window and he has already started using his Twitter account!

Beach Ed

Rain or shine...we go to the beach!!!! Yiiihaaaaa!!!!! We were so proud of the positive attitude that our children had today turning up at school with pouring rain on Beach Ed day. They were so excited and enthusiastic...even more so BECAUSE it was raining! We learned much about being safe in the sun and surf, we played Octopus in the rain on the beach and had fun duck diving through waves, rescuing each other with tubes and body surfing...What a fun day!!! AWESOME TAMARIKI! Thanks Life Savers!
